We’re Lisa and PJ—siblings, best friends, and now business partners—on a mission to help our community feel better, heal better, and live better.
Lisa brings over a decade of medical experience to the table. As a U.S. Marine, Army National Guard veteran, and critical care nurse, she’s spent years on the front lines of medicine. Her experience in emergency care helped her discover a passion for preventative medicine and holistic wellness—the foundation of Inside Out IV Hydration and Wellness.
PJ built a successful career in Cybersecurity, but his heart was always drawn toward something greater. His love for people, travel, and faith pushed him toward a calling rooted in service. After years of dreaming, we finally took the leap—combining Lisa’s medical expertise with PJ’s passion for education, personal connection, and whole-person wellness.
This clinic isn’t just a business. It’s a calling.

I had a great experience at Inside Out! The registered nurse Lisa knew all aspects of the therapies and took her time to explain all the things I didn’t know. She also educated me on Make Well peptides and you should definitely ask her about them! The co-owner PJ was extremely welcoming and I felt right at home. The atmosphere of the clinic was unlike anything I’ve ever seen – it wasn’t the sterile environment you’d expect from a clinic! From the soft recliners to the soothing music, they all hit the mark to make it an extremely pleasant experience! The Zero Gravity chair was an added bonus! The fact that it is veteran owned and a family business is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend them for all your IV hydration needs!
